HFF Custom Rods is pleased to offer our wholesale program to businesses involved in the making and/or selling of custom fishing rods. If you meet the qualifications as outlined below, please fill out our wholesale application and email to us at the address provided. Once your application has been approved, you will be assigned your log in credentials. It is our sincere desire to help you succeed in the rod building business.

Qualifications

1. Complete and return the Wholesale Application.
2. Provide copy of Sales Tax Certificate
3. Federal Employer ID#

Opening Order Requirement

The opening order requirement is $250.00 USD at the wholesale price level. Annual orders after the first 12 months must be a minimum of $500 to maintain wholesale pricing.

Sale Pricing

Any sales or other discount programs offered at the retail pricing level do not apply to wholesale accounts. HFF Custom Rods may at it’s discretion offer separate sales or discounts to its wholesale customers.

Shipping Cost

All shipping costs will be added to the wholesale invoice. HFF Custom Rods will make every effort to ship the product at the most economical shipping rate available.

International Orders

Wholesale pricing is currently only available to customers located in the United States. If you are located in a foreign country wish to apply for wholesale pricing, please email us at contactus@hffcustomrods.com.

Returns

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from purchase date. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please be aware the following:

Prior to returning an item please call us at 888-413-1692 to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns will not be accepted without a RAC.

1. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice.
3. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
4. All shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer but allowance may be made in certain instances.
5. Printed matter, videos, or printed charts are not refundable.
6. Gift certificates are not refundable.
7. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
